Job summary

Chattahoochee Technical College is seeking a FWS Academic Success Center Assistant to support the Academic Success Center – MA, working with Chatt Tech students in a daytime shift at the Marietta campus.

This position requires Federal Work-Study eligibility and offers no benefits. The role includes greeting students, assisting with workshops and events, managing Accudemia sign-ins, and maintaining a welcoming space while handling basic office tasks and communicating student needs to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Federal Work-Study eligibility required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, able to work independently, and work well with others.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
• Ability to assist with events and routine office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and maintain a welcoming atmosphere by managing the flow of the Center and assisting with Accudemia sign-ins, as well as basic computer and other office-related tasks.
• Assist with workshops, events, and create simple promotional materials.
• Maintain center cleanliness and organize student resources.
• Provide basic academic support and communicate student needs to supervisors.
• Support other duties as assigned.
