Job summary

South City Academy seeks a Teacher Assistant (TA) to support assigned teachers in delivering reading and math instruction, while fostering a safe, engaging classroom environment in Saint Louis, MO. TAs may teach a class if certified and collaborate with staff to support student growth.

Requirements include an associate degree or higher; a BA/BS is preferred, and MO teaching certification is desirable but not required. Strong communication with parents is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher required.

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general materials and communicate findings.

Responsibilities
