Job summary

School Of Science & TechnologyWoodlands campus is seeking an Educational Aide to support teachers as a Teacher Assistant. The role is full-time in Spring, TX with hours aligned to school schedule, and compensation ranging from $17.50 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 48 college hours preferred, with prior experience working with children encouraged. The aide will assist with classroom activities, supervision, data entry, and differentiated

Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to organize special programs for assigned campus.
Ability to use computer and software used by the district.
Ability to analyze data.
Ability to use interview techniques and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

Assist teachers with student academic goals, including small groups or individuals.
Assist with classroom management and behavioral plans to support learning.
Supervise students during meals, recess, dismissal, events, and programs.
Help prepare ARD/IEP paperwork and enter data for reports.
Assist with differentiated instruction planning and implementation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
