Job summary

Qualifications

• An earned High School Diploma or the equivalent.
• Two years of college (minimum 48 units) or an Associate’s Degree.
• Passage of the CBEST.
• Demonstrated excellence in writing, editing, and verbal communication.
• Strong leadership, team management, and project execution skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient use of Google-based applications.
• TB clearance and background check clearance.
• Commitment to educational equity and ICEF’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Lead small group literacy, numeracy, and subject-specific instruction.
• Monitor student performance and provide real-time feedback or scaffolding.
• Modify or simplify complex instructions for students who require additional clarity.
• Administer assessments as directed by the teacher and/or school leadership.
• Manage administrative tasks like grading, organizing files, and preparing instructional materials.
• Track classroom inventory and alert when supplies need replenishing.
• Grade tests using an answer key and communicate with parents.
