Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years in enrollment management, academic affairs, student affairs, or student success in higher education.
• Proven ability to advocate for and counsel students and manage details independently.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to utilize data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advocate helping students navigate campus resources and resolve issues.
• Generate data and reports to identify barriers to student satisfaction, retention and academic progression.
• Engage in outreach to and documentation of students identified as at risk.
• Collaborate with university offices to assist students in resolving issues, navigating support, and managing complex cases.
• Utilize student information systems and early alert tools to ensure data-driven practices and thorough documentation.
