Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and enroll students in appropriate programs.
• Maintain class sizes by placing students in suitable programs.
• Support district goals and campus improvement through placement decisions.
• Provide resources and assessments for college and career planning.
• Advise students on educational decisions and program information.
• Coordinate GED and other testing programs as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers to address student misconduct and classroom issues.
• Assist the principal with campus leadership and staff development activities.
• Represent administration on committees related to student placement.
• Partner with TDCJ staff and district administration as required.
• Attend staff development and district meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
