• Assist students with reviewing their Academic Advising Report.
• Advise students on course selection for credit programs.
• Collaborate with personnel to identify potential interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student meetings.

Skills

Proficiency with common office software

High level of customer service

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong attention to accuracy and detail

Ability to communicate and work well with all levels of students

Education
