Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Level I entry.
• Master's degree plus experience qualifies for Level II/III.
• Experience in student advising is preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on registration, degree requirements, and educational planning.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, Title IX, and university policies.
• Manage the registration process and prerequisite planning for Animal Science.
• Use curriculum and campus software to track advising data.
• Serve on college and university committees and mentor staff.
• Organize orientation sessions and support student retention efforts.
