Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Wash utensils, equipment and dishes by hand or with a dishwasher.
• Stock supplies in serving stations and storage areas.
• Sweep and wash floors; remove trash to designated areas.
• Assist with basic food prep as directed by chefs.
• Support management with communication via calls, emails, and texts.
