Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service, LLC is hiring for a dishwashing role supporting Greek life dining operations. You will keep the kitchen clean, wash dishes, stock supplies, and assist with basic prep while maintaining a positive, safe work environment.

Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred. Ability to pass a background check and comply with food safety standards within 30 days is expected. Loud, busy environment and standing up to 8+ hours are common.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Working knowledge operating a commercial dishwasher.
• Be familiar with the industry’s best practices.
• High school or vocational coursework in kitchen basics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Wash kitchen utensils and dishes using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Put away clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Stock supplies in serving stations and prep areas.
• Sweep and wash floors and dispose of trash.
• Assist with basic food prep as directed by Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Communicate regularly with management via calls, emails, and texts.
