Job summary

Young Life in Lubbock, Texas is seeking a Student Staff member to support campus ministry through clubs, campaigns, and outreach while pursuing a college degree. This role emphasizes building relationships, leading teams, and serving within a faith-based community.

You will work under the area director, assist with club planning and outreach, and participate in regional training to develop ministry skills and personal growth aligned with Young Life’s mission.

Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Ministry Functions: spiritual development, leadership development, and area ministry tasks.
• Lead teams and volunteers, plan club activities, and supervise student involvement.
• Support fundraising efforts and donor communications as directed by the area director.
• Engage in regional and area training to develop ministry skills and character.
