Ampersand Therapy, a women- and therapist-operated company, is hiring a Student Specific Support Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year in Gastonia, NC. This in-person, full-time 1:1 role supports students with diverse needs and follows teacher directions.

Requires completion of a 40-hour behavior technician training course. Pay is up to $20/hour with W-2, health benefits, 401(k) match, licensure/CEU reimbursements, and mileage between sites.
