Arcfield is seeking a college student intern in Rhode Island to learn career skills while in school. You will understand and modify applications using Linux, Windows, and C++, among other technologies. Responsibilities include documentation, development support, and testing within an Agile Scrum framework.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a BS in CS/CE, have OO programming experience in C++, and familiarity with Eclipse, Jira, Bamboo, and Git. Remote work is not specified; on-site logging applies.

• HS 2-4 years or pursuing BS in CS/CE

Responsibilities

• Understand and modify applications using Linux, Windows, C++, React, CSS, Python, etc.
• Understand, create, and modify software and/or test documentation
• Support development, evaluation, system/software integration, and test
• Support unit testing and system/software integration testing, including test plan/procedure development
• Ensure software products are delivered on-time with high quality and detail
• Software development will be performed within an Agile Scrum environment following software engineering standards and tools
