The Career Center Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Student Services Coordinator (Career Coach) to join the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS) team. This Career Coach will be the primary career advisor and educator for CLASS students and will collaborate with Social Sciences related Career Coaches to support student career success. The Career Coach will provide one-on-one career coaching, career readiness instruction, career education facilitation in presentations, workshops, and group settings, and event planning to promote networking, internships, and job searches among students, employers, and alumni.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience in student services, student affairs, counseling, advising, or related fields; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Master’s degree in counseling and two years’ experience in Career Services or Career Counseling related to Liberal Arts disciplines.
Communicating with others to exchange information.
