Responsibilities

• Collaborate with preschool instructional staff, administrators and support personnel to support the school district family services program.
• Coordinate with district staff to reach out to families, determine needs, and obtain community services.
• Provide follow-up and assess student needs in collaboration with the Child Study Team.
