Job summary

Quest Food Management Services is seeking a Student Worker (FSW) to support daily store operations, assist customers, stock shelves, and help ensure a welcoming shopping environment. The role complements a student’s schedule and provides hands-on experience in retail operations.

Preferred candidates will have prior retail or customer service exposure, basic POS familiarity, and strong organizational skills, enabling teamwork and reliable service for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student at University of Missouri – St. Louis.
• Basic proficiency in English for effective communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions, providing product information, and guiding them to desired merchandise.
• Stock and organize shelves to maintain product availability and store presentation standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
