Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have basic understanding of respiratory disease processes.
• Current student enrolled in an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program.
• Ability to accept scheduling/placement designations determined prior to hire in organization.
• Good customer relations skills and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the evaluation of patient status and provide basic bedside respiratory care under supervision.
• Perform procedures associated with respiratory therapy following a prescribed treatment plan.
• Educate patients and families and maintain related documentation.
