Job summary

Arizona State University is seeking an Outreach/Recruitment Coordinator 2 to drive undergraduate recruitment at the Herberger Institute. The role conducts tours, events, and outreach, including the Fusion on First and MIX Center programs, with backup coverage for Tempe and California initiatives.

You will develop recruitment plans, coordinate campus visits, and represent ASU to prospective students and families, while maintaining data in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in undergraduate recruitment, admissions, or enrollment.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships.
• Experience with recruitment events, campaigns, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and events across campus locations.
• Provide enrollment support through appointments, emails, and calls.
• Represent ASU at local and statewide events and college fairs.
• Develop and implement annual recruitment work plans aligned with goals.
• Maintain recruitment data and CRM records to support planning.
• Collaborate with university partners to coordinate initiatives.
