Arizona State University is seeking an Outreach/Recruitment Coordinator 2 to drive undergraduate recruitment at the Herberger Institute. The role conducts tours, events, and outreach, including the Fusion on First and MIX Center programs, with backup coverage for Tempe and California initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Job Description:
Under general supervision, develops and coordinates undergraduate student recruitment functions for the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts (HIDA), including recruitment campaigns, events, admissions support, and community partnerships, ensuring that program goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with Institute priorities.
The primary focus of this position is student recruitment at Fusion on First (Fashion and Popular Music) and the ASU Media and Immersive eXperience (MIX) Center, including tours, group visits, and campus visit programming. The coordinator also provides backup coverage for Tempe campus recruitment programs, remote support for California recruitment initiatives, and targeted support for online program recruitment and outreach. This is an on-campus position.
