Job summary

Mississippi State University is seeking a Student Recruiting Coordinator to support the College of Education in recruitment, retention, advising, and orientation activities. You will work with faculty and staff to implement recruiting plans and coordinate events including Academic Insight.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience; a Master’s degree and K-12 teaching or college advising experience are preferred.

• Develop and maintain databases for prospective students, suspended students, and graduates using Banner and other tools.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff on advising and recruitment material management.
• Engage with communications staff to support social media and event planning.
• Promote the College of Education Ambassadors program alongside leadership.
