The Insights Training Group, LLC. is looking for a dedicated professional to develop and supervise leisure-time activities for students in Kentucky. This role will involve planning activities, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive environment. You will engage with students, enhance their employability, and maintain recreational areas.
This position requires an Associate of Arts Degree or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly. A valid State Driver's License and a Commercial Driver’s License are necessary for this role.

Job Summary: Responsible for developing, conducting, and supervising/chaperoning a wide variety of leisure-time activities for all students.

Above average public speaking skills and experience in same; above average verbal and written skills; above average problem solving and conflict resolution skills; computer literacy;; ability to obtain a commercial drivers’ license and ability to travel periodically. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet special and emergency needs of the department.
Education/Experience: Associate of Arts Degree or one year of related experience working with youth.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid State Driver’s License; valid Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsements.
