Job summary

Hannibal-LaGrange University in Missouri is seeking part-time Public Safety Attendants to work evenings and weekends, patrolling campus buildings, locking/unlocking doors, and assisting students with issues.

Duties include attending sporting events as a public safety representative, monitoring the public safety phone, and working in the public safety office as needed. All student hires must present original I-9 identification documents.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or employee of the University
• Must present ORIGINAL I-9 approved identification documents

Responsibilities

• Patrol the buildings on campus (walking) at least 1 time per hour working
• Lock or unlock buildings as needed
• Resolve student issues
• Monitor the public safety phone
• Attend sporting events representing public safety
• Work as attendant in the public safety office
• Assist where needed around campus

Job description

Both Federal Work-Study and Non-Work-Study positions available

Work times are evenings and weekends

*Please Note – Any student hired to work on campus must present ORIGINAL I-9 approved identification documents. The most common I-9 approved documents are driver’s license and social security card OR passport.
