The Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC) under the College of Education, Health, and Human Services is a high-quality early childhood program that applies a Reggio Emilia-inspired constructivist learning approach. The curriculum focuses on nurturing children's critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ECEC is a State of Michigan approved and NAEYC accredited early learning center for young children. The center also serves as a model for teacher preparation and child study for university students enrolled in UM-Dearborn education courses.
The ECEC is seeking highly motivated and compassionate students to assist lead teachers in a preschool classroom environment.
10 - 30 hours per week
