Job summary

Roadmaster Drivers School of San Antonio Inc is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support the School Manager and Placement Manager with student placement and administrative tasks. You will provide clerical support for all employees and students and act as a brand ambassador for Roadmaster.

The role involves coordinating with employers and recruiters, assisting admissions with seminars and job fairs, and maintaining student records with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years verifiable office administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between students/graduates and employers for job placement.
• Schedule and host industry recruiters as approved by the company.
• Support admissions team and School Manager with seminars and job fairs.
• Assist students with applications and monitor submissions.
• Maintain student files and the student database with accuracy.
• Prepare status reports, forms, and financial reports for management.
• Handle confidential reports such as driving and DOT records.
• Process tuition payments and post funds to the system.
