Herzing University is seeking a Debt Recovery Specialist to assist students with unpaid tuition fees. This temporary role involves communication, negotiation, and collaboration with various departments to support students in meeting their financial obligations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a background in customer service or financial aid.
To participate in a remote work arrangement, employees must reside in the United States. No remote work arrangement will be considered for working from outside the United States.

PAY:
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The hourly pay range for this position is $20.13 to $23.68.
