About the Students Pastor Position:
Student Ministries includes grades 5-12th at Lakepoint Church, and it’s growing quickly. We had 16 students in average attendance back in 2019, it grew to 30 by 2021, 40 by 2023, 60 by 2024, and even without any outside friend growth (which there is plenty), we will be at 75 with the new incoming class Summer of 2025. There are a few things we can attribute the growth to:
We have had part-time students pastors in the past, but currently, we have had Lakepoint’s Lead Pastor running High School and our Discipleship Pastor running Middle School for three years.
