Job summary

CRISTA Ministries in Shoreline, WA seeks a King’s Student Pastor to guide Junior High and High School students toward Christ, nurture spiritual growth, and foster a Christ-centered discipleship culture across King’s Schools. You will partner with teachers, counselors, staff, volunteers, and families to advance faith and character.

The role emphasizes shepherding students, mentoring peers, and engaging in community leadership efforts within CRISTA’s ministries, aligning with its mission to serve

Responsibilities

• Uphold and model a Christ-centered environment in student ministry.
• Mentor Junior High and High School students through intentional discipleship and pastoral care.
• Collaborate with King’s leadership, teachers, counselors, staff, volunteers, families and students.
• Occasionally speak at chapels as assigned or invited.
