Job summary

The Anchor Church in Callahan, Florida is seeking a full-time Student Pastor to lead our student ministry for grades 6–12, casting vision and guiding discipleship within a growing community.

You will work with volunteers and families, plan camps and outreach events, and help students develop a lasting relationship with Jesus through biblically rooted teaching and relational leadership.

The Anchor Church is searching for our next Student Pastor!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Jesus, loves students, and feels called to lead and disciple the next generation. This is a full-time ministry position focused on leading our ministry for students in grades 6–12.

This opening comes as part of an exciting season of growth and transition at The Anchor Church. Our current Youth Pastor is not leaving The Anchor Church but is transitioning into the role of Associate Pastor. This transition was announced to our church family at our business meeting at the end of August, and our next Student Pastor will have the opportunity to step into an established ministry with continued support throughout the transition.

Our student ministry regularly reaches 90–130 students each week and has seen attendance as high as 190 students. The next Student Pastor will have the opportunity to build on a strong foundation while continuing to grow the ministry’s reach, discipleship, leadership, and impact throughout our church and community.

This role will include:
