Job summary

The 'Sota Project is Minnesota's home for students who are ready to challenge attacks on our futures and build a Minnesota where Gen Z can lead and thrive. The Fall Fellowship offers a part-time, hands-on campaign experience for current Minnesota college students eager to gain leadership and voter outreach skills on campus.

You will report to a Field Organizer, mastering peer-to-peer outreach and relational organizing while preparing a customized campus action plan for our statewide Student

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota college student.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Mission-driven with progressive politics.
• Active on campus or able to build ties with RSOs and student leaders.
• No prior political experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize peers through on-campus shifts and voter contact using relational organizing.
• Deliver engaging class rap presentations to recruit voters and student workers.
• Anchor Welcome Week and campus events with high energy.
• Build and maintain a roster of at least 25 student volunteers on your campus.
• Ensure voter registration processes meet compliance standards and educate peers on rules.
• Represent at the statewide Student Voter Summit to shape campus action plans.
