Job summary

The 'Sota Project is Minnesota's home for students ready to lead and vote. As a Campus Organizer you will own a regional turf, register and educate students, and mobilize volunteers across Minnesota campuses.

You will directly manage Fall Fellows and campus volunteer teams while executing high-energy events and class-rap partnerships. This is a full-time, in-person role across priority regions in Minnesota with travel required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build relationships with faculty and student groups.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing policies.
• Proficient in data tracking, reporting, and university outreach.
• Dedicated to Gen Z youth leadership and democratic engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive campus ground game with direct voter contact on assigned turf.
• Execute class-rap strategy and secure classroom commitments on priority campuses.
• Manage Fall Fellows and volunteer teams with regular coaching sessions.
• Plan and run Welcome Week activations and high-visibility campus events.
• Maintain voter registration quality control across absentee, online, and same-day rules.
• Own regional data and run reports to track field metrics.
