The University of Michigan in Flint is seeking a Student Organizations Manager to provide leadership, advising, and support for all University-registered student organizations. This role focuses on building relationships with student leaders, advisors, campus partners, alumni and community stakeholders while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

This full-time position reports to the Assistant Dean of Students - Student Engagement and supports department goals in alignment with

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with diverse groups.

Mansioni

• Advise and support 1-3 fraternity and sorority governing councils on operations, leadership development, planning and programming.
• Assist with organization registration, recognition, renewal, officer transitions and compliance processes.
• Coordinate recruitment, new member education, intake, and engagement activities.
