Job summary

The role supports patients of all ages and emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient room turnover. Enrollment in an ADN or BSN program and BLS eligibility are required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in accredited ADN or BSN nursing program.
• BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• Ability to document observations and assist with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients of all ages under RN supervision.
• Document observations and vital signs; report findings.
• Assist with medical procedures and unit tasks.
• Escort patient transport and help with hygiene and meals.
• Maintain room cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Handle calls and communication on unit.
