Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for individuals of all ages under RN supervision.
• Document observations, patient data, and vital signs.
• Assist with medical procedures and unit tasks as assigned.
• Support patient transport within the facility and ensure safety.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Handle incoming calls and communications related to patient care.
