Job summary

Bellin Health Surgery Prepare is seeking a Student Nurse Technician in Green Bay, WI. This role involves assisting under an RN to provide quality patient care, help maintain a safe environment, and ensure equipment and medications are available.

Position is available for up to six months after graduation, with full-time and part-time opportunities. Schedule runs Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• RN student entering senior year of a 4-year BSN program.
• RN student entering final semester of a 3-year BSN program.
• RN student entering final 7 months of a 15-month BSN program.
• RN student entering final semester of an ADN program.
• Transcripts or verification from appropriate college indicating school status or copy of diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Under the direct supervision of an RN, the Student Nurse Technician provides quality patient care and monitoring, helps maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors, and ensures equipment, supplies, and medications are available and functioning properly.
• The role also assists physicians, shares relevant information with them, and supports families.
• The Student Nurse Technician assists the RN but does not perform full assessment or evaluation duties.
