Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks a Student Nurse Tech to support nursing teams under the supervision of licensed staff. You will assist with patient care, monitor basics, keep rooms clean, and help with treatments in a patient-centered environment.

The position requires a high school diploma and active enrollment in a nursing program, with BLS/CPR certification expected. This is an on-site hourly paid role with 36 hours per week, aligned to MUHA standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Enrollment in an accredited nursing program.
• Fundamentals of Nursing course completion or enrollment as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Keep patient rooms tidy and sanitized.
• Assist patient with everyday needs (hygiene, bathroom, grooming).
• Monitor vital signs or EKG signals and patient condition.
• Assist nursing staff in administering basic treatments.
• Ensure rooms have adequate patient care supplies and linen.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Assist with reporting and patient safety procedures.
• Support department leadership with ongoing tasks as needed.
