Job summary
St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a Student Nurse Technician to assist with assessment, planning, implementation, education, prioritization, delegation and evaluation of patients under supervision, while promoting teamwork on the unit.
Education: a high school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program and completed first clinical rotation. We offer day-one benefits, a pension/401K, competitive compensation, FSA/HSA options, PTO, and education assistance.
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Enrolled in accredited nursing program and completed first clinical rotation.
- Ability to follow nursing standards and hospital policies.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, educate, prioritize, delegate and evaluate a designated group of patients.
- Manage assigned personal supplies and equipment on the unit.
- Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
- Perform duties in a manner consistent with the hospital's mission and values.
