Stormont Vail Health is seeking a Part-time Student Nurse Technician to support the care delivery team under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The role involves direct patient care, safety, and comfort, with duties including patient intake, ambulation, and reporting changes to the RN.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in their first nursing semester, has at least 1 year of customer service experience, and is prepared to obtain Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain verbal report from patient’s nurse including identified care needs and special considerations.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to appropriate staff promptly.
• Position self to observe patient behavior and safety; assist RN as directed.
• Assist with patient intake, ambulation, positioning, and movement under RN direction.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and record data accurately.
