Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Student Nurse (SNAP) for our 3SW Cardiac Step Down Unit located at Ft. Thomas Hospital.

Shift/Hours: Part time, 24 hours per week (7A-7P). As a Student Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a RN or LPN, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while preparing for a professional nursing career.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Currently enrolled in accredited nursing program
• Successful completion of first clinical rotation in accredited nursing program
• Minimum 2.75 GPA
• Not listed on Kentucky or Indiana Abuse Registry

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides for personal care & comfort.
• Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients.
