Student Ministry Position Description:
The goal of the Student Ministry position is to help students (6th grade and up) build a relationship with Jesus, equipping them to share their faith with others.
We are seeking someone to disciple students into a personal relationship with God in both large group and small group settings.
Responsibilities include:
- Growing the Student Ministry by creating attractive and compelling environments for students to invite their non-Christian friends.
- Building a team of passionate adult coaches to mentor and disciple students.
- Teaching students the Gospel and its implications.
- Providing opportunities for nurturing and spiritual growth.
- Modeling the love of Jesus.
- Challenging students to respond to God's call to serve.
- Supporting and assisting parents in discipling their children.
- Engaging with local middle and high schools.
