Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Credentialing with, or pursuing credentialing through, EFCA.
• Agreement with EFCA Statement of Faith and VCB position papers.
• Clear and growing faith in Jesus Christ.
• Meets biblical qualifications of an elder.

Responsibilities

• Develop gospel-centered discipleship strategy for student ministries.
• Plan and oversee teaching and programming for middle and high school gatherings.
• Provide pastoral care, guidance, and encouragement to students and families.
• Create and manage an annual calendar and budget for student ministry.
• Coordinate with church staff and programs to integrate students into church life.
