Job summary

Youth-focused role with Young Life emphasizing spiritual development, leadership training, and ministry outreach. You will participate in club activities, provide mentorship to students, and support regional campaigns, while growing personally and professionally in a faith-centered environment.

The position is part-time and involves active participation in ministry, training, and coordination with area leaders to expand outreach and disciple relationships across the community.

Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

• Pursuing a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan with a vibrant spiritual life and regular engagement in prayer and study.
• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development and club activities.
• Raise financial support and maintain donor care as part of ministry development.
• Proclaim and model ministry through contact work, clubs, Campaigners and camp; participate on a Young Life team.
• Adhere to Young Life policies and maintain professionalism in office and field activities.
