Job summary

Bethlehem Baptist Church in Clarkesville, GA seeks a Student Pastor to build an effective Student Ministry focused on discipleship and spiritual growth. You will recruit and develop a team of leaders to invest in the next generation and help students grow in faith, service, giving, and sharing Jesus.

The role includes planning weekly and midweek ministries, sermon series, and annual events, while coordinating with the Pastor of Education to align with church mission.

Qualifications

• Biblical leadership rooted in Scripture.
• Growing personal walk with Christ and strong character.
• Allied with the Baptist Faith & Message (2000).
• Ordination status or eligibility for immediate ordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute safe ministries for Sundays and Wednesdays.
• Prepare sermon series for student ministry and weekly preaching.
• Plan events like Student Camp and Fall Retreat for evangelism and growth.
• Create opportunities for Bethlehem students to serve church and community.
• Develop discipleship strategies to achieve outcomes: abide, serve, give, share.
