Responsibilities

• The Student Ministry Director provides vision, leadership, and oversight for Park Slope Community Church’s ministry to students in grades 6–12.
• The primary focus of this role is to build and lead a healthy, sustainable Student Ministry by developing volunteer leaders, shaping discipleship environments, and creating structures that help students encounter Jesus, experience authentic community, and grow as whole disciples.
• This leader will recruit, train, coach, and empower volunteers to implement the ministry’s objectives while providing overall vision, direction, and pastoral leadership.
• The ideal candidate is a relational leader and builder—someone who loves investing in students and leaders while developing the systems, communication, and volunteer structures that allow Student Ministry to flourish.
