• Ability to recruit, equip, encourage, inspire, and support volunteers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across groups and settings.

• Commitment to representing Lutheran Church of Hope and its values.

Responsibilities

• Relational ministry partner—build meaningful relationships with students, leaders, and families.
• Leader developer—invest in small-group leaders for PowerLife and Ignition with support and guidance.
• Ministry communicator—facilitate clear, timely communication with students, families, leaders, and speakers.
• Program coordinator—assist with planning and executing PowerLife and Ignition programming and events.
