Job summary

Ministrylist in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a passionate Student Pastor to lead and build a vibrant student ministry. Responsibilities

• Lead and build a dynamic student ministry for 5th–12th grade.
• Recruit, train, and care for adult and student leaders.
• Plan and lead weekly services, small groups, and events.

Skills

Experience working with middle and/or high school students

Proven ability to build and lead teams

Strong relational, communication, and organizational skills

Passion for student ministry and discipleship

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a ministry-related field
