Job summary

Riverside Church seeks a Pastor/Director of Student Ministries for the Riverside Student (RS) team. The role provides leadership and direction for all RS environments (6th–12th grade) across campuses, with oversight of staff, training, and annual budgeting.

You will partner with Campus Pastors, lead the RS Teaching Team, and develop leaders to reflect the church's mission. Strong communication and a heart for youth ministry are essential.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in student ministry or related field required.
• Bible and theology degree preferred.
• 5+ years youth leadership experience.
• Experience directing and administering church ministries.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, strategy, and development for RS environments (6th–12th grade).
• Lead RS staff and volunteer teams; oversee budget and programs.
• Collaborate with Campus Pastors and oversee campus RS.
• Oversee RS teaching, events, and camps; coordinate schedules.
• Communicate with parents and volunteers; manage RS content.
