This role provides leadership for all RS environments (6th–12th grade) across campuses, oversees staff and budget, and partners with campus Pastors to advance the RS vision and strategy. Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in student ministry or secondary education or related field required; Bible and theology degree preferred.
• Meets Biblical qualifications for pastoral leadership.
• 5+ years of youth leadership experience.
• Experience directing and administering church ministries.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, motivate and equip interns and volunteer leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, strategy, & development for all RS environments (6th – 12th Grade).
• Provide leadership, direction, and training for all RS staff and volunteers.
• Create and oversee annual ministry budget.
• Partner with Campus Pastors and direct oversight of campus RS.
• Lead RS Teaching Team and oversee program across campuses.
• Develop and coach student leaders and volunteers.
