Job description

White River Christian Church (WRCC) is a vibrant, multigenerational community with a strong emphasis on family and genuine connections. We love that our congregation deeply desires to invest in and bless the community God has placed us in. Although we’re a larger church, there’s a genuine small-church feel, where people actively seek out opportunities to connect and help newcomers become integrated into our community.

Our congregation is known for being kind, caring, and welcoming—expect lots of warm invitations to dinners, thoughtful acts of kindness, and genuine efforts to get to know you personally. Our elders are highly relational, going to great lengths to connect with and support the staff, creating a culture of high trust and flexibility that fosters a healthy work-life balance.

At our church, you’re not just someone who works here—you become an essential part of our spiritual family. Our leadership believes in empowering staff to lead daily operations while remaining available and supportive, making this a truly special place to serve and grow.
