• Provide leadership for ACAC Student Ministries grades 6-12.
• Lead and develop the Student Ministry staff and volunteer leaders.
• Shape and implement a discipleship strategy for students.
• Cultivate age-appropriate teaching environments and gatherings.
• Foster relationships with students and parents.
