About the Role- We are The Movement!

Under the National College Resources Foundation, Peer Advisors within The Movement Enrichment Program (TMEP) work with elementary, middle, and high school students to improve their academic performance, while guiding them towards positive post-secondary pursuits. • Mentorship & Behavioral Support (40%) - Promote positive classroom behavior and help students develop life and coping skills for success beyond school.

  • Data Tracking (10%) - Maintain accurate weekly records of student interactions and progress.

  • Workshop Development & Facilitation (5%) - Design and lead engaging workshops that build cultural awareness, professional skills, and community involvement.

  • College & Career Planning (5%) - Guide students through exploring postsecondary options including college, trade schools, employment, and internships.
